本規約は、「都道府県ドロップ」（以下、本アプリ）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条（提供内容）
本アプリは、都道府県の形をしたピースを箱に落とし、となり合う県どうしを触れさせて消すパズルゲームです。ダウンロードと遊ぶことは無料です。無料版では広告が表示されます。アプリ内課金（買い切りの「広告を消す」）で広告を表示しないようにできます。
第2条（アプリ内課金）
- 課金は Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、決済は Apple が処理します。
- 商品は非消耗型（一度の購入で永続的に有効）です。追加の課金や期間の更新はありません。
- 機種変更・再インストール後は、アプリの「購入の復元」により購入内容を回復できます。購入時と同じ Apple アカウントでのサインインが必要です。
- 返金・請求に関する手続は、Apple の定めるポリシーおよび手続に従います。
- 価格その他の販売条件は 特定商取引法に基づく表記 に記載します。
第3条（広告）
無料版では Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告の内容は広告主の責任によるもので、当方はその内容を保証しません。広告に関する情報の取り扱いは プライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。
第4条（データの取り扱い）
ベストスコアや設定は、お使いの端末の中だけに保存されます。アプリを削除すると失われ、復元する手段はありません。
第5条（地図・形状について）
ピースは遊びやすさのために簡略化した形で、正確な地図ではありません。形状は Natural Earth（パブリックドメイン）のデータをもとに作成しています。
第6条（禁止事項）
- 本アプリの逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、その他の解析行為
- 課金による機能を不正な手段で得ること
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
第7条（知的財産権）
本アプリおよびその図案、効果音、文章に関する著作権その他の権利は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
第8条（免責事項）
- 本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。特定の目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。
- 本アプリの利用または利用不能によって生じた損害について、当方は故意または重過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。
- 本アプリは予告なく内容の変更、提供の中断または終了をすることがあります。
第9条（規約の変更）
当方は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。
第10条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of "Prefecture Drop" (the "App"). By using the App you agree to them. The Japanese version above prevails.
- Service. A free puzzle game with ads. A one-time in-app purchase, "Remove ads", stops ads.
- In-app purchase. Processed by Apple through the App Store; non-consumable and permanent, with no renewals. Restore it with "Restore purchases" using the same Apple Account. Refunds follow Apple's policies.
- Ads. The free version shows Google AdMob ads; advertisers are responsible for their content. See the Privacy Policy.
- Data. Scores and settings stay on your device and are lost when the App is deleted.
- Maps. Pieces are simplified silhouettes, not exact maps, based on Natural Earth (public domain).
- Prohibited. Reverse engineering, obtaining paid features by illegitimate means, and unlawful acts.
- Disclaimer. The App is provided as is. Except for intent or gross negligence, the developer is not liable for damages from use or inability to use it. The App may change or end without notice.
- Governing law. Japanese law; the court with jurisdiction over the developer's location is the exclusive court of first instance.
